A word about how I put this together.
I played each "blue" level as it came up. I only bought the factory upgrades when I had to.
For example, I played Cake St. 1 A, then switched to Cake St. 4 A because that was blue, but Cake St. 2 A was not. That
way I played each level with the minimum factory level required.
If I saw I wasn't going to make gold, I bailed from the level and restarted. That way, I wouldn't
get extra stars.
Making gold doesn't always mean you'll get the "best time". Sometimes you have a better shot
at best time when your equipment is upgraded.
